Fruitology is freeze dried fruit infusions for your favourite spirit or non alcoholic alternative. Simply add the spirit to the bottle, leave to infuse for 2 weeks then enjoy either with a mixer, add a dash to sparkling wine or create a cocktail. Don’t forget to eat all the yummy infused fruit when the bottle is finished! .
