Madame Jennifer

Madame Jennifer Distillery is a small independent distillery in Poets Corner, Hove, founded in 2017 by Inger (a biologist) and Ian (a chemist).

Combining our scientific expertise with a passion for high-quality food and drink, we employ traditional methods to craft exceptional spirits and liqueurs.

We carefully select the finest ingredients, from botanicals bursting with flavour to ethically sourced coffee beans. Our gins celebrate the balance between classic and contemporary — keeping juniper at the heart while experimenting with fresh botanicals and bold flavour combinations.

Most recently, we’ve created Sussex’s very first absinthe, crafted with wormwood, green anise and star anise; this ‘blanche’ or clear absinthe makes an exciting addition to our range.
